When it comes to weight loss or even maintaining your goal weight, most of us regress due to the lack of meal preparation we include in our regimen every week. Meal prep is the best way to keep track of what your eating, how much you’re eating, and what you’re spending on food. Alone, meal prepping can take up to 4-5 hours but with assistance of others plus, a relaxing glass of wine, we can make meal prep easier. So starting July 8th, Fit By Chrisy G, LLC will be featuring “Sip and Prep Sunday’s” at their personal training studio. The society is now more health conscious and its time for our city to be healthier, wiser, and stronger as we build the new Detroit. But most of us are only likely to change our lifestyles by introducing practical habits. “I know my clients are not going to give up certain foods or habits so I encourage them to do less of it or make sure they try a healthier version,” says FBCG owner, Christen Greenwood. Red wine has plenty of benefits plus its lower in calories than mixed drinks. BYOW(bring your own wine) and join the FBCG community in July as they meal prep, catch up on the latest TV series, play games, and sip wine. Attendees will be split into the chopping team, seasoning team, cooking team, packaging team, and cleaning team. You are also welcomed to do any of these tasks yourself.
