Group Description

Partner Acrobatics (Acro Yoga) is a sweet, low-stress way to increase strength and flexibility, build community, and improve communication skills. We welcome all skill levels to our events because we improve faster, together! We play with conditioning and strengthening exercises, then move on to "basing", "flying", and "spotting" our way through poses, flows (linked poses), and washing machines (flows that circle back to the beginning). New participants will always receive plenty of instruction and support! In this group, we will highlight Acro-based events, and relevant yoga and community-based events.
